In the app — immediate
- Open BigiBigi and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Review what will happen and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. Any upcoming rides and bookings are cancelled and the other people on them are told. Deletion is only refused while one of your rides is actually in progress — try again once it has ended.
Without the app — by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@bigibigicar.com from any address, with the subject "Delete my BigiBigi account", and include the mobile number registered on your account.
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request before acting on it. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and reply to tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, bio and profile photo
- Your identity documents and selfie
- Photos and files you uploaded
- Your vehicles and saved places
- Your notifications, support conversations and any SOS alerts you raised
- Reviews other members wrote about you
What is kept
Some records stay because they also belong to other people, or because we need them for accounting and safety:
- Past rides and bookings, chat messages you sent, and reviews you wrote remain in other members' history, shown as "Deleted user"
- Receipts for platform fees you paid, for our accounting records
- A record of any unpaid platform fee, kept against the vehicle's registration number
- Reports filed about a ride or a chat, so safety issues can still be investigated
- Usage analytics and crash data already collected, linked only to your account ID and deleted automatically within 14 months (crash reports within 90 days)
Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups are overwritten. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
